A free, approximately seven-week entry-level licensing course in preparation for the FCC Technician Class Amateur Radio examination. This course is appropriate for beginners of all ages and there are no prerequisites.
The FCC no longer requires Morse code ability. The FCC exam will be given on the last night of the class. The class is open to the public, and there are no age restrictions. For information contact Roland Anders (email@example.com).
Usually held at the National Electronics Museum on West Nursery Road on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. The next Technician Class is scheduled for September 2014. See the attached file for detail.
